These days it is become very apparent that there are a lot of injustices to children, families, and the environment in the making of jewels that adorn us. It is my position that we can no longer ignore this. Jewelry must be made responsibly. This has lead me down a very interesting path where I have discovered so many avenues and options. I have found Gemologist that have mined material themselves and have had them cut specifically for an individual design. I Have many connections with people all over the world, who have worked hard to provide ethically mined material.
As far as gold and platinum, there are many Opportunities to reuse to create Beautiful new jewelry.
It amazes me that more gold goes into technology, then into Jewelry today.
